An 85-acre preserve that welcomes you to visit the dam and mill landmarks, fish in designated areas, stroll on the paved paths and boardwalks or paddle on the millpond. The cypress swamp is also a natural habitat for many animals. Some of the birds you may see are wood ducks, great blue herons, prothonotary warbler, barred owl and pileated woodpecker.

Wendell Country Club

Come for a friendly, fast and fun experience. They have true, fast greens combined with reasonable fees, manageable length and a fun design. They have multiple tee markers set out for different skill levels and ages, so play the markers that help your game and have a fun day.
